About Mid-Term Rentals
Bud is a U.S. Navy Veteran and long‑time Phoenix resident, having moved to the Valley in May of 1976. He takes pride in offering a clean, safe, and dependable stay for every guest.
His wife, Kathy, recently retired after 30 years as a professional administrative specialist in the medical and insurance industry, bringing strong organizational and communication skills to their hosting.
Together, they maintain the Casita with the same values they’ve lived by for decades — professionalism, respect, and genuine care for the people they serve. Their goal is to provide a comfortable, stress‑free “home between homes” for traveling professionals, medical staff, and families in transition.
